MISSION STATEMENT
Our primary goal is to provide quality dental care with state-of-the-art equipment in a friendly and pleasant environment. We plan to help our patients keep their teeth for a lifetime and have a beautiful smile! We hope to achieve this in a professional manner, showing both responsibility and concern for our patients’ well-being. Our office performs many updated dental procedures to enhance your smile and encourage healthy teeth and gums. The entire staff goes out of their way to make all of our patients comfortable and relaxed. We make them feel like one of our friends and make their dental experience a good one!
FINANCIAL/INSURANCE
Charges are payable at the time of treatment, and for your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Care Credit. A down payment or full payment is required for certain procedures. For financing options, we do not have an in-house financing plan, but we offer 90 days no interest and other financial arrangements, which can be discussed with the office administrator. For our senior citizen (65+) and Farm Bureau patients, we offer a 10% discount. As a courtesy to all our patients, we will file any and all insurance claims. However, we are not a preferred provider. Additionally, Dr. Rackauskas accepts State Farm Insurance, Illinois State University Employee insurance, Town of Normal insurance, and City of Bloomington insurance.
